01 Introduction and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between xbjae ("we", "us", "platform") and users of this website ("you", "member", "player"). By accessing the xbjae.cam website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
xbjae is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are formulated in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. 02 Account Registration and Eligibility

03 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
Funds can be deposited on xbjae via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500.
The name on the payment account used for deposits must match the name on the xbjae account. Deposits made through third parties are prohibited and xbjae reserves the right to reject such transactions.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount across all methods is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, processing time may increase if verification is required.

3.3 Transaction Limits
xbjae reserves the right to set personal limits or temporarily suspend any transaction to prevent fraud and ensure platform security. If suspicious activity is detected, an account may be temporarily locked for review.
04 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. The following conditions must be met to claim this bonus:
- The combined total of the bonus and deposit must meet a 20x wagering requirement.
- Wagering must be completed within the specified time period from when the bonus is awarded.
- If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:
- Each bonus offer will have its own validity period and terms — please read them carefully when receiving an offer.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time — please refer to the specific offer details.
- xbjae reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program.
4.3 VIP Program
The xbjae VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Opportunity to earn up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver: Opportunity to earn up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold: Opportunity to earn up to 1.2% cashback per week.
It is possible to advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. Detailed benefits and terms for each tier will be communicated separately.
05 Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play
xbjae is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gaming. All games are protected by SSL encryption technology and operate through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. xbjae ensures fair play as a safe and reliable platform.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.

06 Account Suspension and Closure

xbjae may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

10.2 Applicable Law

11 Miscellaneous Provisions
11.1 Changes to Services
xbjae reserves the right to modify, revise, or discontinue its services, game selection, payment methods, or promotional offers at any time. Efforts will be made to notify members of significant changes.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining Terms will remain fully effective without that provision. The unenforceable provision will be amended to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between xbjae and its users. Any prior oral or written understandings are superseded by these Terms.
11.4 Language
These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
